Freelance Framework Agreement

Agreed Fee: £30.00 Per Hour
2. Framework Terms & Compliance
TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT (SUMMARY)
• Status: Independent Self-Employed Contractor under UK Law. Responsible for own HMRC tax filing.
• Uniform Directive: Bladers Edge provides one (1) official employee branded T-shirt. The Contractor must wear this T-shirt during each and every scheduled client coaching lesson.
• Initial Assignment: Friday 19th June 2026, Sunday 21st June 2026, Wednesday 24th June 2026 Time: 5:30pm
• Location: Hyde Park, Serpentine Road (Bandstand area).
• Safety Protocols: Dynamic site risk assessment and absolute validation of client protective gear is mandatory before rolling.
• Invoicing Pipeline: All invoices must be sent directly via email to [email protected] every single Friday before 12:00 PM noon.
• Invoicing & Correspondence Address: Bladers Edge unit 104702, PO Box 6945, London, W1A 6US.
CRITICAL DATA PRIVACY & MEDIA CLAUSE:
1. The Contractor is strictly prohibited from sharing personal data (phone numbers, personal emails, personal social media handles) directly with clients. All session, scheduling, and administrative communication loops must stay within official School Email and WhatsApp channels.
2. No photography or video recording of any client or student is permitted under any circumstances without prior explicit structural consultation and validation from Bladers Edge, alongside verified parental/client consent. Non-compliance immediately renders this agreement null and void.
