IMPORTANT: You are responsible for your own physical wellbeing. If you have pre-existing conditions (Heart, Spinal, Respiratory, or Bone Density issues), consult a doctor before attending skate lessons.

4. Risk Disclosure & Protective Gear

WARNING OF RISK: Inline skating and skate lessons are high-risk activities. Participants will experience falls, collisions, and physical exertion. Risks include, but are not limited to: bruises, sprains, fractures, head injuries, and cardiovascular stress.

MANDATORY PROTECTIVE GEAR: Bladers Edge requires ALL students to wear a helmet, wrist guards, knee pads, and elbow pads for the entire duration of the skate lessons. Failure to wear appropriate gear results in immediate disqualification from the session without refund.

STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY: By signing below, you acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining your own equipment and skating within your personal limits. You agree to follow all instructor safety commands immediately during your skate lessons.

5. Liability Waiver & Terms

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: In consideration of being permitted to participate in skate lessons, I, for myself and my heirs, hereby release and hold harmless Bladers Edge, its instructors, and venues from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of my participation.

INDEMNITY: I agree to indemnify Bladers Edge against any loss or damage caused by my conduct or the conduct of the minor in my care.

CANCELLATIONS: No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled skate lessons are non-refundable.
